The Waller Creek Garage remodel project includes Repair and Replacement of the two existing stairs and providing open air shelters which provide visual interest to this building along I-35 in Downtown Austin and protect the stairs from future direct weathering. The project employs for its design – geometric patterned glazing for a storefront to align with the adjacent office building. It creates an indoor-outdoor shade structure to shield the guests from the sun and rain as it simultaneously protects the stairs from the same thus increasing its life span.
